This is TOP SECRET...

Reader's Digest version;

My wife is turning 40 on May 29Th, 2009

I look to give her this blog on her birthday...

It will be full of comments from her friends, all across this great country of ours...

To mail cards, send them to my Mother's house...top secret remember...;

Esther McIntosh
12002 Palmfree
Houston, Texas 77034

Yes that is her street name...

I will start the ball rolling by sending this blog to a few contacts that I feel confident they can spread this TOP SECRET blog to a circle of friends in their area...

Please note:

She was given a black balloon party on her 30Th birthday, so I would like to have this upbeat, positive, honoring, because she deserves it...

Now the kids don't know about it yet...and Terri does not sniff through my e-mails, but I think it best that we all communicate through this blog...so sign in and start making posts... because she truly values her friends more than I have ever seen anybody...

Also, did I mention that this is top secret...don't talk to her about it through her " EA" account, or " Face book " or any of that stuff... Thank you for helping me to make it great for her...

You can add pictures to this blog, and comments, so let us have fun with it... Thanks...Chris

  11. Hi Terri,

Just want to tell you how proud I am of you for losing 7 pounds on Atkins. I am sorry that Texas doesn't have all the low carb treats that California has. I think you may need to move to CA to lose your weight then go back to Texas in a few years. He He He!!

  13. HI

It is me again sorry... I was just thinking of your 30th. Do you remember the little coffin I made for you? It was full of gummy works and a stick figure with your picture. We all wore black trash bags, and hummed the 23rd psalm. I enjoyed reading your obituary. I can't believe it has been 10 years already. Wow you sure are old!! (much older than me)

  14. Hi,

It is me again. I know I can be annoying sometimes but I thought of something to share with the world...he he he. Remember when we vacationed in DC? You and I went grocery shopping to save money by cooking in our hotel kitchenette. We loaded up the cart at a nearby grocery store and brought the cart through the hotel lobby and into the elevator and up to our room. Our hubbies thought we were crazy! We made the men take the cart back. That was so fun!! I wet my undies laughing!!

  15. ok one more comment about DC. Remember jumping on the beds? You would have thought we were kids:-)

  19. I wanted to share this with you. It was given to me on my birthday a few years ago.

    UNO= YOU KNOW

Years ago, Trista decided to go off to school and because she is very smart, she graduated with a degree in WHATYOUCALLIT. She spent a $100 GRAND on tuition, but now she loves PAYDAYS!

In the mean time, she went looking for Mr. GOODBAR, dated some HOT TAMALES like MIKE & IKE and some other NERDS. And they turned out to be real DUDS UNO. Then she found her BIG HUNK and she said “HUBBA BUBBA, I found BIG RED” (she thought she SKORed big time.)

A little while later, they were married and spent most of their time SNICKERING. Now they have THREE MUSKETEERS, Riley, Bryce, and Blake and an ALMOND JOY, Rainy. They also have MOUNDS of laundry and a KIT-KAT too. They pretend they’re on the REGAL DYNASTY cruise ship!

Especially now that she and her SUGAR DADDY Brian came up with a new idea that hit them like a STARBURST to do Foster Care and to take in more KISSABLES. UNO the poor little TURTLES may have a ROCKY ROAD ahead of them as the new JOLLY RANCHERS, such as BABY RUTH, gives their tank lots of KISSES. With four SWEETHEARTS already, plus their TWIZZLER schedule, if you offer her a Valium, she may TAKE 5! Then she’ll feel like a DOVE and will want to go to “Valu Vallog” (Melba-say with a French accent) on 5th AVE to LOOK for TREASURES! She’ll find a WHOPPER of a deal.

UNO her sister Robin is a LAFFY TAFFY and married Dave and they have three TOOSTIE ROLLS. Her brother Randy is just plain NUTRAGEOUS with his wife Carrie-Ann and their adorable TWIXES. And her mom and Josie are true LIFESAVERS. What would she do without her family?

Thanks to Ted (Mr. caraMELLO) and Nancy in her BIG RED hat, for having their own 3 MUSKETEERS, Buddy, who married Melba and they have five JR MINTS, Brian, who of course married Trista, and they have four RAISINETS, and of course, Craigee- Baby who married Bettina and they have three SUGAR BABIES.

If you ever get hungry, you can always ride in her van UNO! You never know what you’ll find to MUNCH on. But be careful, you might CRUNCH some M&M’S or get sticky from a GOBSTOPPER on the floor or seat.

In addition to doing Bible Quizzing trips every month, you can’t forget the yearly vacations. Mostly camping! With Trista, you know she has snacks & treats that are GOOD & PLENTY for NOW & LATER! Oh! And don’t forget the S’MORES around the fire pit! Remember not to eat to many, you may get the XTREMES MILKY WAY or the HERSEY squirts! She loves to do anything dangerous from swimming, Jetskiing, to riding on the dunes with a Quad! Mealtimes are always a feast and are delicious! She loves to play games (that she of course wins at!) while all the SUGAR BABIES are napping!

Another annual highlight is Ladies Retreat. It’s wonderful to TAKE 5 with her CHUNKY friends and stare into ORBIT. It’s a-MAZING how the service ROCKS.

Since she has no EXTRA time for herself, we want to send her on a shopping SPREE trip to New YORK, on 5TH AVE, or to SYMPHONY but UNO we can’t. So she’ll just get lots of KISSES from us too.

  20. Hey Terri,

I cannot believe it has been 10 years since your funeral/birthday party! I wish Trista would have been able to get the hurst to pick you up like she planned :-) Time sure flies! 40 is a milestone, and I know you can look back and see all the great things you and Jesus have done! You have allot to be proud of! You are a kind and sweet person. And I hope this this new decade brings even greater blessings and more accomplishments than ever before!

  21. Happy May Day

    The 40th birthday births reflection

Causes many to stop and ponder

Have you found in life perfection

    The question makes you wonder

Time has eluded you at every turn

    The years have faded away

And even though its youth you yearn

    You can’t live in yesterday

    Find satisfaction in tomorrow

Find solace in what may lay ahead

    Grow happiness from sorrow

And plan for your 80th birthday instead

    love ya!

  22. HI,

One more poem for you today!

So Sister you’re turning 40 Boo Hoo
    Your glass looks half full
And you don’t know what to do
The years have taken its toll

You’re setting around silly and sad
Why do these Birthdays keep coming a round
It just makes you so mad
But when they stop you’ll be in the ground

Take a deep breath and enjoy each day
Cherish each day like it was great
Listen close to all that I say
Remember little sister I’m thirty- eight

  29. Sis,

Wow! Your turning forty and looking good. There have been many times we've been asked "Are you two twins"? It would still be a compliment for me...I hope to look as good as you do when I'm forty.(8 years to go)

I do want to say I have wished the last 6 years could have brought us closer, but our busy lives have put many miles between us. Nothing is more important than being in God's will and I still believe it would be His will for you to visit Colorado this summer!!!lol

You are a beautiful lady and I feel blessed to be your lil' sister. You have not only been my oldest sister, but also my friend and spiritual mentor. About 11 years ago, I saw you go through some very trying times and you mantained your faith and trust in God through it All. Your relationship with Jesus never grew dim and I never saw the trial make you bitter, but better! God has given you a wonderful family and blessed your faithfulness to Him. I appreciate you and love you very much. Enough mushy stuff...

Have a Happy 40th birthday! You deserve the best! I hope Chris spoils you and know we wish to be there celebrating this special day with you.

    Your sis,
    Carrie

  39. Happy 40th Birthday to my beautiful sister!

I feel so blessed to have you as my older sister. I have many wonderful memories of growing up together. From teaching me to drive, to helping me get ready for my first "date", you've always been there for me. We've had a lot of fun times together and some tough times too, but you have always been a great example of a Christian wife and mom. Your faithfulness to God was an inspiration to me as I watched you go through very difficult times several years ago. You came through it with strength and grace. God has blessed you with a wonderful husband and great kids. You are a blessing to all those around you. I love you and hope you have a wonderful day!

    Love you,
    Debbie

  48. hi chris...this is an important message from the ss club...lol..we have mentioned plans to terri for the evening of her party. we all decided that we are telling her that the party is a a mexican place in pearland...we are not going to try to trick her and change restaurants, since we never do that, and it would be more suspicious! so i am now sending an e-mail to the group (including terri) and we are set for her to meet at lisa's house at 6:45 but we will not arrive to the restaurant til 7:30. we will stall...picking up other ladies....so it's all SET!!!!!!!!
